This 94-room residence offers convalescent and geriatric rehabilitative care to seniors as well as support services for clients experiencing a loss of autonomy.

This innovative project — developed in conjunction with several healthcare groups including partner Sedna Health Group and subsidiaries Villa Medica and Groupe Champlain — involved developing living spaces adapted to the targeted clientele’s needs.

A physiotherapy clinic was also added to the residence.
